Beginning Naturally

Classes are taught in a twelve week series.  Most parents find it beneficial to start classes between the 4th and the 6th month of pregnancy. 

I certified through the AAHCC (American Academy of Husband Coached Childbirth) and teach from the official AAHCC workbook.  This is the organization that certifies teachers to teach the Bradley Method.   You will receive a student workbook, a binder and a copy of the text Natural Birth the Bradley Way.  We will be practicing exercises, and relaxation techniques in class, so wear comfortable clothing.  Also bring two pillows to each class. 

The cost of the 12 week class is $225. (Some insurance companies reimburse for childbirth classes)

Classes are taught on Tuesday from 6:45-8:45 in my home conveniently located in the Highview/Fern Creek area.

CURRENT June 3rd to August 19th.  This class is ideal for those due in August or later!               

FULL

Following Class September 2nd to November 18th.  This class is ideal for those due after November 18th!  3 Spots remaining

              1.  Pay online  - Through Pay Pal - Full Price of the series $225

● Be sure to mail in a Registration Form and send me an email if you pay online.

                2.  Mail a $50 deposit, with the remainder due the first class.
